customers want's??

as i said i m working as a part timers waitress.
the place that i work is the high class restaurant and retail shop.
hmm. then there a lot of Malaysian socialite.
but you must know they want a lot of things.
i know customers always right, but sometime they want to much.
examples " i want herb chicken+mango, with less mango and chicken without the skin..
and you must know there are a lot of same order.
and a lot complain about the long time we serve. hahha
it is fun, but hello customers, your waitress is a human also.
